White Lasagna

50 ravioli (25 for each layer) about a 26 oz. bag
1 10oz can chicken gravy
1 lg. 32 oz. carton cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 bunch chopped green onions, including greens
butter to saute onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 each Red, Yellow, & Green peppers
1 16oz. carton sour cream
1 lb mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
Saute onions in butter. Then peppers till soft. Then mushrooms for the last minute.
Cook ravioli according to package.
Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, gravy and veggies.
Put 1/3 of the mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Then layer 1 layer of ravioli.
Then half the mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1/3 sauce, then 2nd layer of ravioli, other 1/2 of the cheese and last 1/3 of sauce.
Last sprinkle liberally w/ Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until warm...let stand for a few minutes and serve!
