I think my mom actually got this from my grandmother. I'm not sure if it was ever written down, I've always just made it from memory of how my mom makes it. The basic granola is just the primary ingredients but I usually add most if not all of the optional stuff.
Primary Ingredients:
4lbs (2 big tubs) of oatmeal
1 to 2 cups of chopped almonds
1 cup olive oil
1 cup honey
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Cubes Butter
4 1/2 Cups Flower
2 Cups Oatmeal
2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tsp Backing Soda
1 Tsp Water
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Bag Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Peanut Butter Chips
Mix all ingredients. Bake for 8-12 minutes?

2 Large portobello mushrooms or several smaller ones
