Cajun Shrimp, Scallops and Mushrooms

1/2 Pound sea scallops
1/2 Pound large shrimp (similar in size to the scallops)
1 Can italian stewed tomatoes
2 Large portobello mushrooms or several smaller ones
2 Teaspoons olive oil
2 Cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp flour
1 bay leaf
Tobasco sauce to taste

Add all ingredients except seafood and mushrooms to large pan and bring to a medium boil. Cover and boil for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add seafood and mushrooms and reduce to a low boil, cook for about 10 minutes until seafood is done. Serve over couscous, rice or pasta.
