INGREDIENTS
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
• 1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 (3 pound) boneless turkey breast halves
• 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, basil, and pepper. Rub over the turkey breasts.
2. In a large shallow dish, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon and brown sugar. Place the breasts in the dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
3. Cook over BBQ or Grill until done.
