Whole Wheat Multigrain Bread

1 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
2 (1/4 ounce) packages fast-rising active dry yeast
1 cup milk, scalded and cooled to 110 degrees
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
5 cups stone ground whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup milled flash seed
1/2 cup cracked wheat, microwaved w/ 1 1/4 cups water for 3 minutes (drain excess water)

Rasin Bran Flax Muffins

1 1/2 c. oat bran
3/4 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. instant oatmeal
1/4 c. flax seed
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 egg whites, beaten
2 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 apple sliced

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

This is ridiculously easy to make and results in a chewy/doughy bread reminiscent of whole wheat bagels.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cups all-purpose flour
• 5 cups whole wheat flour
• 7 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoons salt
• 2/3 cup honey
• 2 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
• 1/2 cup (dry) cracked wheet cereal, precooked and drained (optional)
